| 30697 | 2002-01-10 22:17:00 | We're having a real problem with both winged and normal ants at home this summer. It's got to the stage that fumigation is our only option and I wondered if there were any precautions I should take with my computer? The whole house will need to be done, which involves fogging under the house, powder residue in the ceiling, and spraying the rooms, window sills, etc. Advice please as I want this done before they discover a computer would make a good place to build a nest! | Guest (0) | ||

If you ask the fumigators if they can guarantee no harm to a computer I'd bet they would say no. They will probably know how to cover a TV. Remove the computer, your VCR, any CD players -- anything else with delicate moving parts. |
