| 30998 | 2002-01-13 01:48:00 | Help! I have just reformatted my computer and re-installed everything, but now my modem is playing up... it allows me to connect to the net, but after about five minutes it stops responding then disconnects me. What can I do?! | Guest (0) | ||

You can also contact your manufacturer for details on the correct driver for your modem. Many drivers can operate different modems but can cause all sorts of headaches if its not quite the right one. If several drivers are available and you choose the wrong one then remove the disk and update the driver again...this will reinstall the windows basic driver back into your system....you may have to insert your windows cd ....thats if you are using windows of course |
