| 31304 | 2002-01-15 06:26:00 | Rob, When I start windows(98), I now get the regedit screen and explorer with the c:\windows\system displayed.I was, yes !!!!, mucking around with the registry to fix another problem (never touch the registry - I know)which I fixed. This new problem has me baffled as I can find no reference to my new problem in the win,ini, config.sys, autoexec.bat or any other file. Please advise. Warren |

| 31305 | 2002-01-15 09:16:00 | It can be overlooked but have you checked the startup menu item off the start button or else check the Run field in the registry also if you close down with Explorer open it will appear next time you boot up. Haven't tried it with RegEdit but it sounds like you have done several startups. | Guest (0) | ||
