31258	2002-01-14 23:56:00	hi, i have just installed windows xp and having a very annoying problem with Internet explorer. When i goto use IE, it asks me something about downloading webpages as if its a file or something and so now i have to use Netscape 6 to use the net and i can't get it to run like a the way it usually would in windows Me etc. Its also the same thing when trying to setup my account with Windows messanger.
