| 31522 | 2002-01-17 02:46:00 | Just installed Boston Acoustics Digital BA735 speakers to SPDIF (digital) out on Winfast 4X Soundcard, with Coax cable and RCA connectors. Speakers are working, but will not produce sound from Audio Cds. Have checked cable, software (including Win 98 Sound troubleshooters) and everything in order. Audio Cds play fine thru rear speakers, so I know the signal is getting through. Have tried Winfast's support. Any help appreciated. Q. How do I connect the CD up digitally? It's a HP 9140i CDR and has a small 2 pin digital out. Soundcard has matching digital in. Would that help? Where could I get a cable? |
