| 31520 | 2002-01-17 06:01:00 | I doubt it. QT is a highly compressed 'lossy' format, as is WMA. Or Real Audio. Converting from one to another means compressing an already compressed file further and the loss of information, an thus quality, would be too horrific to contemplate. Imagine taking a highly compressed jpeg image, then repeating the process again. That's the sort of corruption of the signal which would occur if you did what you are suggesting. |
