| 31505 | 2002-01-17 00:27:00 | When disconnecting from the net, I sometimes accidentaly double click which freezes my computer completely. I am unable to Cntrl+Alt+Del and have to press my reboot, thus having to go through the lengthy Norton reboot process. Please help. thanks. | Guest (0) | ||

You're double-clicking what? The reason your computer could be freezing is a conflict between your modem and your mouse. But come back with more details on what your doing. |

| 31507 | 2002-01-17 09:50:00 | The two little connected tv's on the task bar are what I double click on. This brings up a dialogue box with the choices: ok, disconnect and details. It would appear that the cursor positions itself on the ok button and if this button is accidentally 'clicked' after the disconnect is 'clicked', then the computer freezes. | Guest (0) | ||
