32063	2002-01-20 23:26:00	I've just come back from shock after realising all my music files are missing out of My Music directory. I am running Win2k/XP. I noticed them missing in XP. I tried Win2k & they weren't there either. I've did a search for them and nothing showed up. I tried unerase by nortons and nothing (maybe because it's NTFS). So now they are gone except for one thing. If I show the properties of that folder it says how many files are there and it's the amount I had in that folder including subfolders. So what has done this? I've checked to make sure it's not hidden. I'm hoping all is not lost. Please if anyone has a solution it would be greatly appreciated. I have Norton Antivirus 2002 with latest definitions. I run ZA and Norton Internet Security.	Guest (0)
32064	2002-01-21 02:46:00	I had the same problem last year. Apparently it can be caused by the 'I love you/loveletter' virus. Cant be sure if this is the cause in your case, as you have NAV. But if so, there is a small utility that claims to find the lost mp3's. The virus must be removed first. Do a google search for LBUGMP3, and you will find this utility. Good luck.	Guest (0)
