32072	2002-01-20 11:16:00	I'm in the process of customizing my browser windows. I've got the registry changes sorted, but need advice on how to: 1. take existing >bmp and change pixel rate down to 22 x 22, 31 frame, 2. Create a 38 x 22 pixel, 11 frame animated .bmp Cheers.	Guest (0)
32073	2002-01-21 05:24:00	...an 'imaging' Utility will do this task for you. I use the industry standard Adobe Photo Shop - although clearly this is impractical for most home PC users. A good alternative (and a Utility i recommend) is IRFANVIEW, a free download at the following: http://www.irfanview.com/ [Tip: download the complete 'plug ins' pack too] If you would like to look at some other 'imaging' Utilities, have a look at the following URL: http://www.imagespro.com/ This site has over 1,100 Utilities available for download, many of them freeware.
