If you were wanting to find out how well your viseo card performed, you would use something different than if you were finding the performance of CD-ROM drive. The best thing to do is to speak in person with a professional who doesn't have something to gain buy selling you a 'new system' eg a tech support person somewhere local and not someone at your locan computer store.
