| 32267 | 2002-01-21 23:40:00 | Would one of the things you tried include clicking on the properties button when you're about to print? HP printer software usually has a greyscale of black and white option. Depending on the version. Also try taking the colour cartridge out and making sure the front side is clean (where the circutry is located). |
