| 32186 | 2002-01-21 08:42:00 | Use to be that Edit option in shortcut menu would appear if I right-click on a file in Window Explorer with a .bat extension. It has now disappear for some reasons. Not even Open with... option. Nor would shift-right click make any difference. Any ideas please. Thanks |

Click 'Edit' > click 'New' > in 'Action' type EDIT and click 'Okay'. Click 'Browse' and drill down to select your 'application used to perform action' > follow 'prompts'. Then, in the 'Actions' Window, click/highlight on EDIT (which you have just added) > click 'Set Default' > click Okay. [You might need to reboot, can't recall] Repeat these steps to add OPEN to your menu. Cheers!!! e_ |
