| 32144 | 2002-01-21 05:22:00 | My computer froze while playing a game (a game i have played many times before with no problems). I then hit the reset button. The computer will now not start at all, ie no on screen activity, and it makes a continuous beeping noise upon boot up. I have swithed it on and off a few times, checked the cables, given it a few hours to cool off and even reset some of the cards but i still get the same response. If someone out there has any ideas how i can go about fixing this problem i would be very grateful. | Guest (0) | ||

Maybe the system memory or the video memory. Since it was a game it's possible the video memory went. You didn't by any chance overclock your video memory? Maybe try a different graphics card to see if that works |
