32766	2002-01-25 04:30:00	I have a Canon BJC-4310sp printer which for some reason will not accept the BC-21e colour cartridge. No problems aith the BC-20 black cartridge. When I insert the colour cartridge then press the 'cartridge' button I get 2 beeps and the cartridge remains in the centre and the on-line/ready light flashes. Any help appreciated.	Guest (0)
32767	2002-01-25 05:04:00	Bloody 'intelligent' printers! If this is the first time you have tried installing a colour cartridge, there's probably some square to be ticked in the printer control window, to allow colour.	Guest (0)
32768	2002-01-25 11:36:00	John, Is it a new cartridge? Have you removed the tape? Try removing the 2 inserts and refitting them. Had this problem with my original BC-20 cartridge. It was a dud, replaced foc by Canon.	Guest (0)
32769	2002-01-25 21:19:00	I have used this cartridge many times previously with no problems. Only noticed problem when I tried to switch back to colour from black the other day.	Guest (0)
