| 32743 | 2002-01-24 23:31:00 | I have installed office XP to my laptop over top of the existing 2000. When I tried to open Outlook a message comes up ?Unable to open your default e-mail folders. The .DLL file for the information service could not be found. MAIP was unable to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured.? I have tried to reinstall the office to rid the problem but with no success. | Guest (0) | ||
