1265071	2012-03-15 23:16:00	Dont worry about them they will get out of the way ;) Here in Christchurch, well they do get knocked over quite a bit, even with cycle lanes, as motorists seem to make use of these as well. 1265073	2012-03-15 23:31:00	14/14 cyclist was pretty hard to see in the darkened situation caused by inside lighting of test vehicle. Lurking. I got them all right but seeing the cyclist in my rear vision mirror had me worried. I had to stop and think before making the decision on who gives way. I guess that over the next few weeks a lot of people will stop and think before making the turn.	Bobh (5192)

Got the adrenalin moving a bit. When Wellington introduced a one-way system in the CBD while I had the misfortune to be working there, a bus collided with a milkman's truck just before dawn on the first or second day. 1265079	2012-03-18 04:01:00	This is how you reduce road accidents..not with a simple road rule change -Drivers must to resit their license after 5 or 10 years : this would weed out many bad drivers & bad habits. -Any minor infringement also results in being forced to resit the licence :eg causing a nose to tail (or any) accident, running red light, driving a car with expired WOF , towing a trailer without a WOF or lights, using a mobile or reading when driving .( Yes, I still see drivers blatantly reading when driving ) ... thus making it really inconvenient by forcing a re-license for those getting caught .That would be more of a deterrent than a fine. :thumbs: When they do something stupid like drink driving, speeding etc they should be made to work in the hospital helping people who have been in car accidents. 1265080	2012-03-18 06:47:00	14/14 simple, is it cheating If I recognised the roads from here in Hamilton? I know they just did it to test our knowledge but the cyclist turning left was totally unrealistic, new rules or old at an intersection like that 99% of cyclists would just go round on the left and not even get in the cars way. Plus pulling out into the centre of the lane on a bike to turn left is just crazy.	dugimodo (138)
