| 1265285 | 2012-03-15 22:46:00 | I can go one better than that. I received a text for 850,000 UKP on 12th Feb but have not seen a penny, yet. How long does it take?:illogical:D I wonder if it came from the same place? The number my text came from is 19172680285. I have quit my job and have $500,000 worth of goods on my credit card already, so hopefully the money is not too far away. Is this a new way of scamming new idiots - I mean, customers? I imagine that you have to pay "administration costs" or something similar before the money is released to you. How silly can you get? Still, I suppose there are some people out there who have not heard of similar schemes, so I imagine they will snare a few. Oh well, it was a nice dream.:waughh: |

If the 1 is the country code then it is from the USA or some of the islands like the Virgin Islands. Mine was 0060 which is Malaysia. |

They are pretending to be Apple, and if they wanted to be a bit convincing they wouldn't use a Microsoft address. |
