Then because National governments are gutless and right up the arse of the USA they are allowing the man to be persecuted. If the man has residence here, the only way he should be removed is if he had committed some serious criminal (by NZ Law) act. If we had a Prime Minister with the Guts of David Lange the Yanks would be told to get lost. They will probably ship him to Cuba where he can rot in prison. Is Dotcom an American citizen? If not, they have no right to demand anything. Even Helen Clarke has more guts than John Key. |

If not, I suggest we deport the lot of them back to Africa. Germany did pay reparations for WW1, whether NZ got any of it I do not know. Which is what led to WW2... WW2 reparations were also made to the Soviets. I don't believe the allies asked for anything. |

Given the evidence submitted he is legally obliged to have his gear returned and I'm personally happy that the govt isn't trying to make a new law/legislation or whatnot to stop him. Justice is justice by the rules. |
