| 32996 | 2002-01-26 22:03:00 | A window keeps popping up (no matter what programme I am using) stating Error Starting Programme. A Required.DLL file,PNCRT.DLL was not found. It appeared after I had downloaded the latest RealPlayer, I attempted to uninstall this download and Emails to Real.com are very slow to get reply (but they are trying to be helpful) |

| 32998 | 2002-01-28 05:14:00 | Thanks. I think I've cracked it, and that pesky window no longer appears. (Had to insert Win (8 CD to complete the action). Am not too keen to reinstall RealONe after all this tho!. Cheers Helen |
