32916 2002-01-26 12:37:00 If you mean in web pages, you need to set styles (I think) to change the colour of the scroll bars...

however, if you're meaning in Win98 itself, I think if you open the Display Properties (Right-click the desktop and click Properties) and open the 'Appearance' tab you can change the colours of different things on the screen... however I think you can only change the scrollbar colour if you change the colour of the rest of the window's border.

32918 2002-01-27 09:09:00 try adding this script in your webpages, it goes in the head part of the document:

<STYLE type='text/css'><!--
BODY {
scrollbar-base-color: color;
scrollbar-track-color: #FFFF93;
scrollbar-face-color: #666666;
scrollbar-highlight-color: #336699;
scrollbar-3dlight-color: #000000;
scrollbar-darkshadow-color: #000000;
scrollbar-shadow-color: #336699;
scrollbar-arrow-color: #000000;
}
--></STYLE>

play with the hex codes (the bit after the# after you have done this, stare at your webpages all day, and may you enjoy your new colors!
