| 32916 | 2002-01-26 12:37:00 | If you mean in web pages, you need to set styles (I think) to change the colour of the scroll bars... however, if you're meaning in Win98 itself, I think if you open the Display Properties (Right-click the desktop and click Properties) and open the 'Appearance' tab you can change the colours of different things on the screen... however I think you can only change the scrollbar colour if you change the colour of the rest of the window's border. |
