| 33200 | 2002-01-28 05:47:00 | Just had cause to search for a past article for the first time, boy what a mission. How about an extra option in Advanced search to narrow by date, and/or surname. You can list by date, and list by surname, but you cant use the two as narrowing feilds for word searches. It would also be nice if it listed by thread rather than each individual posting, its a hell of a long read when every reply is also listed seperately. |

As discussed in other posts, the search function will most likely be the one that comes built-in to whatever forum package we go with, and most perform in the way Susan has discussed in previous threads.
