33101 2002-01-27 10:53:00 Most ISPs have an option for checking your email from a web page. Go there and delete it.

Use this method to delete emails that cause corruption or crashing. This sometimes stop all email getting through until the offending message is removed.

Give it a try.

33102 2002-01-27 11:26:00 Thanks Rob
I have been using Outlook Express message rules and 'don't download if bigger than 50K', but I might chop that size down 50K is too big for standard Email, I can tell if there is mail up there bigger than 50K as after I download the mail, I click 'send & receive' again the progress meter runs along but this time no more mail gets added to the inbox.

Then I use http://www.mail2web.com/ to see what mail has not been down loaded, so far I have five, apart from Amazon news letter the rest look like virus attachments, I was hoping I could send four back to senders Email address not valid.

33103 2002-01-27 17:52:00 There is a option in Outlook Express to create a rule so that messages from this person are never downloaded in the future, same applies to spam mail and other unwanted senders. I gave all the details to a request on the board further down under the req of 'IE6'.

Since you appear to know about the mail wizard, and we assume you have virus protection anyway, you could still allow the download, highlight the message, click message on the main toolbar in OE>create new rule from message, the first box is ticked by default>second window, tick Delete from Server, the third window has the senders name, if the sender is something stupid like freecomputer@grouplotto.com, you can further delete there mail by right click once the address in the 3rd window, that pops up a small box, add the following @grouplotto.com, click add, ok, apply, and ok, now any mail from that party will be deleted by the isp. If the sender is hotmail or yahoo or ihug for example you won't won't to add to the 3rd window the @**** part as this would also kill off all good emails as well from anyone using those isp's
Hope that helps

33104 2002-01-27 23:02:00 OK thanks Since I can not return as 'Email address not valid' option, I will
stop messing around, http://www.mail2web.com/
has a option you can delete mail, along with Rob's suggestion use your ISP.
Then disable my 'don't download if bigger than 50K' download Amazon news
letter, then enable my '... 50K...' again and wait until next time.
