| 33509 | 2002-01-30 05:15:00 | yes you can rip dvds if you have a computer dvd player or a home dvd player and a capture card. as far as i know you can copy dvds but you need a dvd burner(very expencive). the way around that is to convert dvd to vcd which a cd burner can burn and is playable on most dvd players. |

| 33511 | 2002-01-30 05:52:00 | How do you convert DVD to VCD any particular software that you use or recommend? Also I am looking for something that can cut AVI movies in half for Win2k/XP. Unfortunately AVI Chop crashes when it's about to do the second half and I'm not sure how it's caused. Maybe I should just post the error message and see if people can help me. |
