| 33682 | 2002-01-31 04:19:00 | A friend of mine has the Content Advisor Window come up shortly after they fire up Internet Explorer 5.5. In order to view any content through IE a password has to be entered. The problem is no one can remember the password including the person who set it up in the first place. I have tried uninstalling IE 5.5 and reinstalling. Any ideas? | Guest (0) | ||

From the Start menu click on Run, type Regedit and press OK. Navigate to the key [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Policies\Ratings] and delete the entry 'Key'=... This will reset the password. |
