| 34456 | 2002-02-06 02:55:00 | A cable descrambler wouldnt work for sky sinces its a UHF signal but that descrambler would probaly work for saturn TV. Im sure i knew a guy who can pickup all the channels from over the world with a dish and descramble them, i have no clue how to make the descrambler but if anyone else knows a website on how to make them pls contact me!
