| 34573 | 2002-02-06 02:06:00 | I recently had to do a full recovery and am now unable to get Live updates. The error message states the need to re-install such but despite numerous attempts to do so, using various formats as I go through the installer I remain unsucessfull. Tech support is inhuman, playing music for more than 45 mins on atleast 3 attempts and on-line support a maze of dead ends to the uniniated. No help there. Any suggestions please |
