34397	2002-02-05 03:50:00	I have recently upgraded to WinXP, only to find when I run counter strike the monitor runs at 60 Hz, at 640*480. At the display properties I choose 75 Hz being the highest at my 1152 x 864 res. How can I get optimal refresh rate back so that it changes accordingly???	Guest (0)
