His point about which country has invented things and who has more well known people is a good one. I often "Play that game with people from overseas" To tell the truth I only know about Finland having some famous rally drivers - Kimi Rakonen. And Nokia. But I do know that they drink a lot, and their suicide rate is high (due to the long dark winters ?) Who would NZ have that is known by just about everyone world-wide ? Rutherford ? Hillary ? I saw a picture of them on the computer when reading about the biggest Container Ships that go back and for from China to Europe and the USA. They hold 13,000 containers - Rena had 1,800. They are powered by one engine with about 8 cylinders. The engine is bigger than a two storey house and men were jumping down inside the cylinders. |
