| 1266479 | 2012-03-23 08:19:00 | Hi, Been looking at upgrading my 5 yr old Pentax Optio camera. My preferred option is the Panasonic DMC-TZ20. I like its' 16 optical zoom AND 24mm wide angle. It's the pricing I am chasing. HN $450, TM new Manukau City $350, and then someone mentioned GIMME DIGI $272. Such a range for the same product. Was wondering if any one had any dealings with GM. |

I used to do photography semi professional a few years ago - 35mm, 6x6, own darkroom capable of colour printing etc. So I feel I know a bit about cameras? Got out of photography and went into video. Sold all my gear just before digital became the norm. Now out of video so purchased the Panny just to have and use, when the mood takes me. It also does pretty good 1920x1080i video. Very good quality and a full range of manual functions if you need them. Am a happy chappy Ken :thumbs: |
