This is from past experience at a 4/5 star hotel. Changi airport also has free public phones which you can call to local landlines. If you want to do the calling yourself, pick up a local simcard. Mobile One: www.m1.com.sg D SingTel: info.singtel.com Starhub: www.starhub.com I am not sure about SG if they charge you to receive the call. Some countries do. But the rates will reflect that. Regardless it will be chepaer than roaming. Look at the simcard purchase fee too. |
