For awhile I haven't been able to delete anything or move anything out or onto the all programs or start menu's in Windows XP. It's getting a bit of a pain because the all programs menu is getting a little cluttered. :p I can't right click in the all programs menu or use the delete button  I hate being restricted on my OWN PC. I have no idea what might have caused it. Well it could have been IObit System Care 5 or something. But I have already done a bit of sleuthing around that area of things anyway. |

Navigate to the start menu folder and delete the shortcuts from there? |

Not all of them are listed in fact very little. Don't worry I looked in User not something like Guest or All Users. |

All fixed, figured that it was that IObit Advanced System Care 5 program. I just set the start menu and task bar back to default. That program can sometime be rather pesky. |
