| 34962 | 2002-02-08 23:14:00 | Hi, with some webpages i get these alert messages popup and a new window open about 3 times before the page finishes loading (this happenes with yahoo mail mostly but some other sites aswell) the alert says 'file://C:\windows1\Web\iejit.htm The system cannot find the file specified' anyone know how to fix this?, its very annoying. |

| 34964 | 2002-02-08 23:54:00 | You could try this. Go to Control Panel. Double-click on Add/Remove Programs. Highlight Internet Explorer and click on Add/remove. Then choose Repair and click ok. When your PC has rebooted, the iejit.htm file should have been repaired/replaced and hopefully those error messages will have stopped. |
