35300 2002-02-11 05:37:00 I have a new computer with windows XP and Office 2000 running. My hard drive has 29Gb unused but evert time I print I get a warning that the drive is full. Any help would be gratefully received. Guest (0)
35301 2002-02-11 05:56:00 Hmmm. Printing uses disk space for the temporary file when it spools.
Do you have only one partition? Any chance the spool files are being stored on a disk with less than 29Gb free?

Can't see your printouts being 29Gb.

35302 2002-02-11 06:32:00 Have a look in the advance printing properties of your printer. The spooling options might be set incorrectly.

What is the printer and did it come with the correct drivers? Have a look on the manufacturers website and download and install the latest this may resolve the problem.
