35483	2002-02-13 02:47:00	I'm on Win 98. Have just emptied my cookie and temp.internet files, and I can't find my recycle bin to empty it. The icon is not on my desktop, where it used to be, and I can't locate the programme in 'Find' or Windows explorer to recreate the icon. Appreciate advice.	Guest (0)
35484	2002-02-13 03:02:00	um, right-click the desktop and click effects and uncheck 'hide icons..' if u want the recycle bin back on you desktop if u just want to get to the recycle bin try typing 'c:\recycled' in the address bar, or open up a my computer window, and click on the drop down box, and recycle bin should be there	Guest (0)
