| 35403 | 2002-02-12 06:36:00 | Hi there, I have just installed a Nokia NI200 adsl internal modem and cant get the software to work with Windows XP, When I rang Nokia they wanted to charge me $74.95 to give me technical help, has anyone else had this problem?? |

| 35404 | 2002-02-12 06:55:00 | Hi Scotty, I have not worked with this modem before so I don't really know what I'm talking about, but are you sure the drivers and software you are installing support XP? If not I believe you can get XP drivers for it from here: www.nzdsl.co.nz There may be newer ones out there however, but hopefully this might be of some help to you. |

| 35405 | 2002-02-12 07:01:00 | I have got the NI200 but on ME, I understand that there are new drivers available from the nokia site for all of the NI200 series including support for XP. Cannot help you with the address, I don't have it on me right now. |
