| 35401 | 2002-02-12 05:44:00 | I have recently upgraded my computer to an Athlon 600 together with a new motherboard and try as I may I cannot get it to recognise the scanner. It is a fairly old scanner connecting through a SCSI card plugged into an ISA slot. The card is working properly but when I try to use photo Impact it cant find the scanner. | Guest (0) | ||
| 35402 | 2002-02-12 06:10:00 | Unfortunately, a scanner is not a plug and play device. You will need to get a driver for it which will install the TWAIN interface which your software will work with. Try the scanner manufacturer's site first. If you are lucky, they will have made a driver for version of Windows you have. If not, try any they have got. |
