| 35361 | 2002-02-11 22:43:00 | Hi team I just received an email message with attachment from a friend who is usually quite chatty but this message was very short and cryptic. Norton AV didn't pick anything up on the download but the attachment file name was h.tvenge.vcf.sit (613B) I don't like files with two extensions so I deleted both message and attachment without opening but now I'm curious. Does anybody recognise those file extensions and could they be malicious script? Cheers Billy 8-{) |

I would suspect it could be a virus, but who knows... perhaps an email back to your friend might explain it. It actually looks to me like it has 3 extensions. What was the subject of the email? Mike. |

Better safe than sorry, so the file now resides on that great unformatted hard disk in the sky. Cheers Billy 8-{) |
