| 35696 | 2002-02-16 11:10:00 | I have Win 98SE and also can't handle the screeching noise that goes with the modem dialing up.Have only found this sight so pleaseeeeeee how can I stop it without turning off my speakers all the time. I have tried checking out modem specs under 'settings' but so far have not been able to rectify the problem.I am a self-taught newbie and find this site really great, thanks guys. J | Guest (0) | ||
