Here's what the blurb says: Internet Explorer Fixer Upper is a free program that let's you quickly and easily restore settings to Internet Explorer and Outlook Express. Often your Internet Service Provider or another program will alter your Internet Explorer toolbar title and/or your spinning Internet Explorer logos in the top right corner of your browser. Using this free program you can very easily restore them to the original settings used by Microsoft. Your connection settings are never changed and you can also change these settings manually through the program. Very easy to use and a quick way to eliminate ugly and annoying browser settings such as a spinning AOL logo instead of the default Microsoft logo. Also repairs the Outlook Express logos.
