| 35741 | 2002-02-15 04:59:00 | I run Exploer 6 Windows ME.The problem I have is as follows: Exploer 6 and Outlook Express I have no problem with in present form and Internet connections are satisfactory.However when I downloaded the free version of Incredimail and I subsequently use the Internet tnere is an Automatic disconnection after about three minutes ( a mojor nuisance factor). When I uninstall 'Incredimail' the problem goes away. What can I do to overcome the Internet disconnection when Incredimail is installed?? Hope someone can assist Cheers. Pat. |

| 35742 | 2002-02-15 05:20:00 | Hi Pat, I'm using Win ME as well, and using the all over wonderful Incredimail XE, and I dont seem to be having any problems, just the odd 1 or 2 freezes, nothing major or annoying.. Are u sure u have checked allllllllll ur settings for IE and for Outlook/Incredimail to make sure they link/match somehow... I'm still stuck at words why ur getting the error that I never got, and using the same programs... Hope all is well |

| 35743 | 2002-02-15 07:16:00 | Hi Pat I dont use Incredimail myself but just a thought, does it have settings like 'check for new mail every 3 or 4 mins ' and 'disconnect after send or receive' because OE behaves like this if those settings are allowed. HTH PC | Guest (0) | ||
