| 35706 | 2002-02-14 22:52:00 | Couple days ago i put in a Geforce 2MX400 agp card into my computer which has 1.4ghz athlon,384mb sdram,20gb hard drive, soundblaster live,cd-writer and dvd drive. When the computer starts up after not been used for awhile it sounds like the cpu cooling fan is struggling(this last for a few seconds at startup) and when i turn off the computer and then it on a minute or so later, it doesn't make the struggling sound at all. Do i need a new cpu cooling fan or a new powersupply(have a 320w power supply). |

It doesn't sound like its a PSU problem, so you might want to look into another fan, even just borrow one if you can, and see if that makes a difference. |
