| 35753 | 2002-02-15 06:35:00 | My IE browser is unable to open my home page. I get an message box advising me that I should check my content advisor settings, under internet options, for missing information. However when I check details under the content tab I note that in the ratings category the rating level is set at Zero. Everytime I change the rating level it reset back to zero. How do I resolve this problem? and the problem of my browser? | Guest (0) | ||
| 35754 | 2002-02-15 08:29:00 | you may have a corrupted content advisor file, i had the same about a year ago, if you really need the content advisor, then a complete uninstall and reinstall of ie is a way to fix it, (you must uninstall first or the damaged content advisor gets left if you just reinstall). if you dont need the advisor then turn it off and your problem should be solved. |
