| 36002 | 2002-02-17 06:42:00 | error mesage:windows encountered an error accesing the regestry. windows will reapair the regestry for you and restart the computer. so i click ok...it restarts computer but goes into different desk top we had about 4 weeks ago and comes up wif the same error message again. msn didnt work so reinstalled now works. tried t o reinstall windows but said regestry may be corrupt,which could effect the new insatlled windows? |

| 36003 | 2002-02-17 08:11:00 | Best thing you could do would be to get hold of a copy of Norton Utilities and run the disk repair/windows fixes sections; just off the cd would be ok.Are you trying an upgrade or a full install.What windows did you default to?
