35929	2002-02-16 12:23:00	When keying text under my Word 2000 I find the cursor may jump around, unbidden and quite erratically. Sometimes, when I look up into the text I am entering I find letters I have just keyed have been sprinkled throughout previously entered text, rendering it useless. This occurs intermittently and without any apparent pattern or cause. Sometimes it jumps up into earlier text, inserts part of the word I am currently typing, then jumps back down to where it should be. In that case the problem may not be discovered unless I re-read the whole document or it is picked up by spellcheck. I can't force it to happen if I want to show someone but it has happened just now while entering this message. Any help or suggestions much appreciated.	Guest (0)

35931	2002-02-16 12:34:00	Hi, Does that mean that it is happpening under Internet explorer as well? Or did you copy and paste this? If it is happening in more than one place then you may need to re-install your OS, if it only happens in Word, then just re-install that. If you just re-install word, you will only loose things like words you have added to the dictionary... You will not loose your files. Hope that helps:) Erin	Guest (0)
