Try www.webwasher.de, i've never tried it but i've heard its good.
IIRC there are a couple on sourceforge.net that work well, but the sites currently down. |

you could also use squid-guard (and squid) or wwwoffle to block sites, although you would need to specify which sites you wanted to block yourself. |

I didn't know about Squid Guard but I was going to set up Squid to work with JunkBuster but I tried WebWasher first and it does what I wanted. |
