| 36282 | 2002-02-19 08:41:00 | Hope somebody can help me with this one..a couple of weeks ago I sent my wee grandkids a funny email via my sons puter...oh oh !! big mistake...It would appear to have some sort of a bug in it..as in a fault....no virus has shown up at either my end or his but everytime he tries to delete it his puter jams up...and he has to shut down and reboot....it is currently in his deleted box and wont shift..as soon as he clicks on it .. a big jam up....anything else that has been in that box has cleared...so why not that one...my name is mud right now....so help !!!!!!! how can he get rid of it...I deleted it at this end with no problems.... |

| 36283 | 2002-02-19 08:50:00 | How long do they wait before they decide it has crashed? I would try a program called scanpst.exe, should be able to find it with find function in explorer. This is assuming they are using Outlook in some form. Could be that the PST file is corrupted and needs cleaning up, may be coincidence and not your fault. robo. |
