36461	2002-02-20 13:00:00	I only started to get this problem After upgrading to Windows 98se. When i boot up everything is okay until i reach the blank screen with the blinking cursor in the top left hand corner,and it just sits there and will not load any further. Then i turn it off and turn it on 3 to 4 times (sometimes up to 10)and then it will load right through. Can any one help. Ron	Guest (0)
