I am running Office XP and Windows XP with Norton AV 2002. It installed correctly but now refuses to run email protection (for Outlook) and reports an error message when I attempt to activate it. I have re-installed a number of times without success. Does anyone know how to overcome this problem? |

Were you running a previous AV like 2001. I have heard that this AV sets up your pop3 server with it's own. Maybe you have to fix that part up before 2002 will work with it. |
