1291734 2012-07-31 00:45:00 I have changed browser to Internet Explorer because Firefox is so slow. Any, how do change the location of the tab bar so is below the file menu like it was in Firefox? And can I set IE not to remember any history at all? QW. (15883)
1291735 2012-07-31 02:24:00 IE is generally rather hard to customise, because Microsoft don't really let you do anything with it.

Also, the newer versions of IE are generally less customisable than the old ones, so what you can do will depend on which version you are running (Which I will guess could be anything from version 6 to version 9 depending on your version of Windows)

But in general, you should be able to right-click on some (or all) of the toolbars, unlock them and then drag them around as you would in other programs.
