| 1291036 | 2012-07-26 23:32:00 | My technologically challenged neighbour has just phoned me and said that "Firefox has updated itself and now I can't get on the internet. It says it can't connect to the server." I'm going round to see her this arvo, but I wondered if anyone had any insight into what might be happening here? I have no more info than what I have stated here. The only other bit of info is that the same thing seemed to happen to her a couple of weeks ago with Thunderbird. I did a quick fix then by switching her to Outlook Express, with the intention of properly sorting it "later". Interesting that Thunderbird and FF are from the same stable. Any ideas? |
